Can I return the product?
You have the right to regret your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the product.
You don't have a right to return your purchase if the total price is less than 400 SEK.
How do I return the product?

- Receipt or other proof of purchase must be sent with the item.
- The items must be returned in its original packaging - dust bags, hang tags and recycled plastic bag
NOTE! ⚠️ It is you as a customer who has the financial responsibility for you return to be delivered to us. Note the package ID on the package that you send in return to us and ask for a receipt.
Please follow these steps to return your item:
- Register your return here
- Place the items in the original dust bags and recycled plastic bag and seal the package with tape.
- Attach the return label on top of the original shipping label.
- Drop the parcel off at your closest access point

🌎 Rest of the world: Schedule a pickup through ups.com, or drop the parcel at your closest UPS access point.

What is the cost for returning an item?
RETURN: If you should receive a damaged product, you are welcome to return it free of charge and receive a full refund.
EXCHANGE: If you would like to change your product to a different color or size, please return the product you do not wish to keep and place a new order. The cost for exchanging an item is 39 SEK.

How do I make a complaint for a product?
Information about defective products, wrong delivery or transport damage should be given to us within "reasonable time" from when the defect was detected. A complaint made within 2 months from when the defect was detected is always considered to be done within a reasonable time.
To complain about the product, contact us and notify the reason for the complaint.
If we determine that this is a valid complaint, we will send out a return label which you can use for free return of your product.
As soon as we have received and processed your complaint, we will either send out a replacement item or credit the cost of the product depending on what you want.
We always follow The National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) recommendations. In the event of a complaint dispute we advise you to contact The National Board for Consumer Complaints. Always remember to make a copy of your complaint if a dispute should arise.
When will I get my refund?
The refund of a valid return takes place within 14 days.
