Can I track my order?

Contact our customer support via chat, email or phone to get a tracking link for your order.

Postnord Varubrev (only Sweden) does not offer a tracking number for their service.

Why haven't I received my package?

Expected delivery times, under normal circumstances are:

Sweden - 2-4 business days

EU - 2-7 business days

Non-EU - 3-7 business days

Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

πŸ™€ Uh oh! So sorry your orders not what you thought it would be... Fill in our Return Form if you wish to return or exchange the item, and wait for our support team to reach out to you. Register your return here.

A product is missing from my order, what should I do?

Can I buy a Barkalot pieces as a gift for a someone else?Β 

What a sweet gesture?! 🧑 As long as you pay with a credit or debit card, you can have your Barkalot pieces sent to an address other than your own. Unfortunately, we don't offer gift wrapping because we're trying to save some trees. 🌲🌲🌲

We are also not offering gift cards at the moment.

Why did I receive an email saying the item I ordered is out of stock?

😱 We don't usually display out of stock items in our Webshop, but sometimes customers buy the same product at the same time and it takes a few minutes for our system to sync with our inventory.

Please contact us here and we'll get back to you with information about if or when the product will be back in stock.

How do I search for products on the website?

Click the Menu to view specific product categories or our entire product catalogue. Select the magnifying glass πŸ” in the upper right hand corner of the menu to search by product name.

Can I recycle your products?

Puppies grow fast! When you've made good use of your Barkalot piece, send it back to us for a 10% discount on your next Barkalot purchase.

If you prefer to recycle ♻️, the hardware can be tossed in the bin with other metals and our webbing, that is made from recycled PET-bottles, can go with other plastics.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

i regret my purchase, how do i send it back?

⚠️ We suggest you take a look at our Return Policy before returning any items to us. ⚠️

In short: We issue a full refund of the purchase price for items returned within 14 days of the order date.

Items may be returned if:

  • visibly unwashed and unused
  • in its original, undamaged packaging (carefully opened packages are fine)
  • all tags are attached
  • complete (e.g. paired items must be returned together)
  • you have proof of postage (in case the return is lost in transit)
  • a receipt or proof of purchase is available

Please note we do not refund shipping costs.

How do I change color or size?

⚠️ Please read our Return Policy and use our Return Form if you wish to exchange an item for another color or size. ⚠️

If the items are defective or damaged upon receipt, contact the shipping agent immediately.

We don't pay for return shipping costs if you bought the wrong size and would like to exchange it.

Make sure to measure your dog's chest and neck πŸ• using our Size Guide πŸ“ before purchasing an item and to avoid unnecessary costs.

What happens if I return a used item?

⚠️ We suggest you take a look at our Return Policy before returning any items to us. ⚠️

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange your item because of damage caused during the use of the product. We handle all issues on a case-by-case basis, so if the problem happens to be due to the quality of our pieces, we will definitely assist you.

Where do I get a return label?

Please use our Return Form to register your wished Return or Exchange, and to get a shipping label.

Please note that we only provide return labels for the original order. Subsequent repeat returns will need to be shipped at your own cost. If your order does not qualify for free return shipping then please just send it back with whichever postal service is most convenient for you. We recommend recording the tracking reference as you’re responsible for the item during transport.

When can I expect my refund?

The refund of a valid return is processed within fourteen (14) business days, unless we need additional information from you. First, we need to receive πŸ“¦ the returned items, inspect 🧐 the items, and compare πŸ“Š them to the issues you reported in the Return Form.

Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when you placed your order. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays or sales).

Can I track my order?

  • Schenker (only Sweden)
  • DHL (worldwide)
  • UPS (worldwide)
