In short: We issue a full refund for items returned within 14 days of the order date.
Items can be returned if:
* Visibly unwashed and unused in their undamaged original packaging (carefully opened packaging is fine)
* All hangtags etc. are attached
* Complete (e.g. paired items must be returned together)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange your item because of damage caused during the use of the product. Please note that we only provide return labels for the original order. Send the package back with the postal service that is most convenient for you. We recommend recording the tracking reference as you’re responsible for the item during transport.
