Let's be honest - carrying treats, keys, poop bags, and your phone while walking the dog can be a juggling act. That's why we created the Walk Bag. It's simple really - a small, useful bag that makes dog walks easier and more enjoyable.
What makes it special?
For starters, it's waterproof. Like, actually waterproof. Got caught in a sudden downpour? No problem - your phone and treats stay dry while you and your pup get soaked (sorry, can't help with that part!).
We made the strap adjustable because, well, people come in different sizes. Wear it across your body or over your shoulder - whatever feels right for you. It stays put and doesn't bounce around when you're running after your dog who's spotted a squirrel...
The little things that count
- No more poop bag drama - There's a built-in dispenser so you can grab a bag with one hand while holding the leash with the other. Small thing that makes a big difference!
- Two pockets are better than one - One inside (with a zipper to keep important stuff secure) and one outside for quick access to treats when your dog finally masters that "sit" command.
- Be seen in the dark - We added a reflective logo because most of us end up walking our dogs when it's dark, especially in winter. Safety first!
- Just the right size - At 15×20cm, it fits the essentials without turning you into a pack mule. You're walking your dog, not moving house.

EU - 2-7 business days
Non-EU - 3-7 business days
Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery.

In short: We issue a full refund for items returned within 14 days of the order date.
Items can be returned if:
* Visibly unwashed and unused in their undamaged original packaging (carefully opened packaging is fine)
* All hangtags etc. are attached
* Complete (e.g. paired items must be returned together)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange your item because of damage caused during the use of the product. We handle all issues on a case-by-case basis, so if the problem happens to be due to the quality of our pieces, we will definitely assist you.
Please use our Return Form to register your wished Return or Exchange, and to get a shipping label.
Please note that we only provide return labels for the original order. Send the package back with the postal service that is most convenient for you. We recommend recording the tracking reference as you’re responsible for the item during transport.
The refund of a valid return is processed within fourteen (14) business days, unless we need additional information from you.
First, we need to receive 📦 the returned items, inspect 🧐 the items, and compare 📊 them to the issues you reported in the Return Form.
Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when you placed your order.
Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays or sales).
