ORDER ISSUES

Contact our customer support via chat or email if you did not get a tracking link for your order.

Expected delivery times, under normal circumstances are:

Sweden - 2-4 business days

EU - 2-7 business days

Non-EU - 3-7 business days

Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

⚠️ We suggest you take a look at our Returns and Exchange policy before returning any items to us. ⚠️

In short: We issue a full refund of the purchase price for items returned within 14 days of the order date.

Items may be returned if:

* visibly unwashed and unused in its original, undamaged packaging (carefully opened packages are fine)

* all tags are attached

* complete (e.g. paired items must be returned together)

* you have proof of postage (in case the return is lost in transit)

* a receipt or proof of purchase is available

Please note we do not refund shipping costs.

⚠️ Please read our Returns and Exchange policy and use our Return Form if you wish to exchange an item for another color or size. ⚠️

If the package is defective or damaged upon receipt, contact the shipping agent immediately.

We don't pay for return shipping costs if you bought the wrong size and would like to exchange it.

Make sure to measure your dog's chest and neck 🐕 using our Size Guide before purchasing an item and to avoid unnecessary costs.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange your item because of damage caused during the use of the product. We handle all issues on a case-by-case basis, so if the problem happens to be due to the quality of our pieces, we will definitely assist you.

Please use our Return Form to register your wished Return or Exchange, and to get a shipping label.

Please note that we only provide return labels for the original order. Send the package back with the postal service that is most convenient for you. We recommend recording the tracking reference as you’re responsible for the item during transport.

The refund of a valid return is processed within fourteen (14) business days, unless we need additional information from you.

First, we need to receive 📦 the returned items, inspect 🧐 the items, and compare 📊 them to the issues you reported in the Return Form.

Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when you placed your order.

Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays or sales).

We issue a full refund of the purchase price for items returned within 14 days of the order date. However, we do not refund the original shipping cost.

OTHER QUESTIONS

Puppies grow fast! When you've made good use of your Barkalot piece, send it back to us for a 10% discount on your next Barkalot purchase.

If you prefer to recycle ♻️ , the hardware can be tossed in the bin with other metals and our webbing, that is made from recycled PET-bottles, can go with other plastics.

What a sweet gesture?! 🧡

As long as you pay with a credit or debit card, you can have your Barkalot pieces sent to an address other than your own.

Unfortunately, we don't offer gift wrapping because we're trying to save some trees. 🌲🌲🌲

We are also not offering gift cards at the moment.

😱 We don't usually display out of stock items in our Webshop, but sometimes customers buy the same product at the same time and it takes a few minutes for our system to sync with our inventory.
