Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery.

In short: We issue a full refund for items returned within 14 days of the order date.
Items can be returned if:
* Visibly unwashed and unused in their undamaged original packaging (carefully opened packaging is fine)
* All hangtags etc. are attached
* Complete (e.g. paired items must be returned together)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange your item because of damage caused during the use of the product.
